3. Server log files

When you access this website, IP address, date/time, URL, referrer, browser and HTTP status code are automatically recorded.
Purpose: System security and stability.

Retention: 7 days, then automatically deleted.

4. Contact by email

When you contact us by email, your name, email address and message content are stored to process your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention: 3 years after conclusion; 10 years if a contract is concluded (§ 147 AO).

5. Payment processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. Payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store complete payment data.

Third-country transfer: Stripe is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Digital products & downloads

After successful payment, a download link is provided. Email address and order data are stored for contract fulfilment.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). Your IP address is transmitted to Google. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
